Today, our Pinot Noir grapes were carefully transferred into French oak barrels following the destemming process.
This step marks an important stage in the journey of the wine from vineyard to cellar. Working gently with the fruit allows us to preserve the natural aromas and character of the grapes. Inside the barrels, fermentation and the first stages of maturation will slowly begin to shape the wine’s structure and complexity.
Each barrel will quietly develop its own subtle expression over time. We wish our Pinot Noir a beautiful journey ahead as it begins its life in oak.
