It has a clear bright yellow colour. The nose starts with lemon, apricot, honey, and tobacco flavours. It is possible to get sage in the back of the nose. This white wine, which evokes mineral notes in the mid-palate, enriched with a buttery texture, has flavors that linger on the palate with a long finish.Recommended with aged cheese, desserts and fruits.
