Fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 22 months
 
It has a bright deep red color with ruby reflections. It starts with the aromas of fresh red and black forest fruits and spices on the nose. On the palate, these aromas turn into strong flavors. Recommended with aged cheeses, fatty red meats and game animals.
