Fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 20 months
 
It has a bright dark red color with ruby highlights. It starts with tobacco, spice and flower aromas on the nose and continues with fresh red and black fruit aromas. On the palate, these aromas turn into strong flavors. Recommended with game birds, foie gras, aged cheese and red meat.
